The Floresta Viva Environmental Education Institute ( IEAFV ) was created by extractive environmental activists and emerged in the heart of the Amazon. Our goal is to drive and promote change, advocating innovative solutions for an equitable, prosperous and sustainable future. We recognize that the vision of a world that intelligently values natural resources and implements effective biodiversity management cannot be achieved individually - it requires close collaboration with diverse partners. 

 

Therefore, we seek to establish partnerships with governments, institutions, UN bodies, organizations and companies aligned with our mission. We believe that the spirit of collaboration and co-creation is essential in all of our projects, being a prerequisite for sustainable change at a global level.

Together with our partners, we intend to carry out educational activities and raise awareness around the world about the importance of good biodiversity governance and the harmonious coexistence between humans and the forest, with respect and dignity.

We work to influence the local political debate and offer solutions that help decision makers face major contemporary challenges. With local operations and a global vision, we value the contributions, ideas, financing, knowledge and networks of our partners.

Through collaboration, we are able to strengthen efficient biodiversity governance and pave the way for a sustainable and conscious future, preserving the standing forest.
